Warm Space - Warm Welcome

  • 10am-12noon, third Saturday of the month

  • Free refreshments - Children welcome. 

Friends have been meeting in Rutland since 1676 and continue to meet for worship in the original Meeting House, built in Oakham in 1719. 

Meeting for Worship takes place 10:30-11:30am every Sunday, with a midweek meeting held at 10:30am on the second Thursday of the month.

How to Find Us

The Meeting House is situated in the centre of Oakham, at the junction of South Street and Gaol Street, with parking along South Street or in the nearby Tesco car park (free for 2 hours). 

There is wheelchair access and an accessible toilet. We do not have a Hearing Loop, but find that standard hearing aids provide sufficient support. If you have specific access needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
